Regular season football is so close we can almost smell it.
Teams have spent this week burning down phone lines and flooding text messages with trade proposals, working to pull off deals to jump the waiver wire for players they might have had their sights set on on other roster, only the New Orleans Saints have held out announcing their Week 1 quarterback, and before you know it, the Philadelphia Eagles will raise a second Super Bowl banner at Lincoln Financial Field, though Cowboys edge rusher Micah Parsons may or may not be on hand for the festivities.
Inside this week’s mailbag, we go deep on Howie Roseman’s potential next move in Philadelphia, Sean Payton’s biggest worry in Denver, the rookies I cannot wait to watch on Sundays, and a whole lot more!
