The Cincinnati Bengals wound up being one of the biggest spenders of the offseason, ending a two-season long soap opera involving elite wide receivers Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, agreeing to terms with both of their top playmakers.
Chase becomes the highest-paid wide receiver in NFL history, agreeing to terms on a $160 million extension, while Higgins becomes the top-paid No. 2 wide receiver ever, on a four-year deal worth $115 million.
