NFL Wild Card Weekend featured a wild finish, some wildly terrible quarterback play, and a couple of standout defensive performances.
While Sam Darnold’s forgettable performance on Monday night closed the book on the first round of the NFL Playoffs, Justin Herbert, Russell Wilson, and Jordan Love did their teams no favors in postseason losses.
Herbert posted a 40 passer rating in a loss to the Texans, Wilson decided not to show up for the first half against the Ravens, and Darnold was ducking ghosts while playing his way out of a big-money contract.
Matt Lombardo and Mike Tanier break down some of the worst moments, and most spectacular moments from this week’s action before looking ahead to what has the potential to be a thrilling slate of games ahead in the NFL Divisional Round.
Plus, Lombardo and Tanier try to figure out what the heck Jerry Jones and the Cowboys are thinking in what is already becoming the most meandering coaching search across the NFL, before it’s even had the chance to get going.
